Class info: Reverbrate

Matter is the substance of which objects are made. We, as human beings, are matter moving into space. We are matter subjected to the laws of physics; we are matter subjected to gravity. REVERBERATE is a workshop focused on the way we move into space in relation to the “invisible” around us, how our body is affected by the space that surrounds us. Using the concept of momentum, we will deep into floorwork technique, and we will discover our deepest wild inner creature. REVERBERATE is aimed to express the fully physicality of our body. My goal is to make sure the dancers have fun and also to break the barriers we always put on ourselves, to go beyond what we are used or comfortable to do on a daily basis and to explore and discover new ways to move and express ourselves.
