Since 2017 she has developed her own teaching method: Exploring Movement (EM) method, which she would like to share with the dancers.
This movement method is based on guided improvisation, includes movement meditation and aims for the dancers to get the maximum comfort and understanding of their bodies in order to be able to use all the physical potential in movement in a healthy way.
EM Method helps the dancers to:
Get closer to inner-balance and comfort with body
Learn to use energy rationally and effectively while dancing
Find own self-interpretation of movement
Gain strength, articulation
Find different qualities
Discover new levels and achievements
Masha teaches regularly at the 5 O’Clock study program at the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, and teaches her workshops around the world; the Netherlands (Korzo, 5 O’Clock), Italy (Opus Ballet, where she also has done a research with their dancers), Brazil (Mostra Dansa), Russia (Kannon Dance, College of Arts, Theater-Studio of Contemporary Dance, etc).
