Class description
Lïél’s movement style is influenced by the choreographers she worked with and by dance-theatre styles. She will go through guided improvisation based on physical instructions and body exploration in addition to structured exercises. She reaches the release technique through experiencing the skeleton and changing qualities through scanning the layers in our body, to allow the dancers to expand their toolbox.
