Amy Raymomd

Amy trained as a classical dancer in Washington D.C and at the Centre De Danse International in Cannes, France. She entered the Dutch National Ballet in 1991  worked with some of today’s leading choreographers including: Hans Van Manen, Edouard Lock, Christopher Bruce, Jan Fabre and William Forsythe.In 2000 she joined Ballet Frankfurt to continue her work with William Forsythe. She has danced and collaborated in many works including Artifact, Herman Shmerman, Endless House, Veritiginous Thrill of Exactitude, EidosTelos, Work within Work, Enemy in the Figure, Bees of the invisible, and Kammer Kammer.She has also danced and collaborated in the works of her colleagues including Dana Casperson, Richard Siegal, Prue Lang, David Dawson, Nathalie Thomas and Georg Reischl. Amy has embarked on her own creative work that has included choreography, multi media work and more. She combines an active, creative career with teaching of improvisation workshops and classical dance .
