About the workshop: Creation and movement development skills
In this workshop you can dive into Lotem Regev’s choreographic mind.
Experimenting with a unique approach for space, musicality, group communication tools and refined movement qualities. During the week-long workshop, we will choreograph a small group piece to present at the final day.
Lotem Regev
is an Israeli/Hungarian choreographer and performer. He is co-founder of the Billie Jungle Collective (Tel Aviv, Israel). As a dancer, Lotem has been working with the GöteborgOperans Danskompani, Batsheva Ensemble, Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (KCDC) , Marie Chouinard, and Inbal Dance Theater. He also directed the KCDC’s International Dance Journey program.
During the last decade he got to work and collaborate with artists such as Ohad Naharin, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Sharon Eyal, Barak Marshall, Franck Chartier, Rami Be’er and Itzik Galili.
Since 2013 Lotem has been creating his own work internationally (Israel, Sweden, Italy, Germany, USA, The Netherlands, Uganda, Slovenia, Denmark and Russia) alongside teaching movement research and repertoire workshops worldwide.
