Erik Constantin

Erik Constantin was born and raised in the Netherlands and did his dance education with National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam. After his internship with the Dutch National Ballet he joined the National Ballet of Portugal. He also danced with ITDansa in Barcelona before returning back to the Netherlands to join Introdans, where he also started to create his own work.
He moved to Germany to dance with Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz, Tanz Theater Münster, Oper Bonn, Tanzkompanie BO-Komplex. He also danced with Norrdans in Sweden and Lonneke van Leth in the Netherlands.
Erik works as a guest balletteacher with Tanz Theater Münster, Tanzkompanie St.Gallen, Ballet of the Opera of Graz and ICK Amsterdam.

Class info

Erik gives a strong, uplifting ballet class, with a focus on good alignment and execution which prepares the body for the day. At the same time he challenges the dancers with coordinative and playful exercises so they come out of their comfort zone and experience the joy of dancing.
